ROLE
– Monitor daily production processes to ensure smooth operations
– Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process deviations
– Optimize cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization
– Lead trials for new processes or new product introductions
– Work with Quality and Production teams to reduce defects and ensure product quality
– Support root cause analysis for process-related issues
– Evaluate process parameters to maintain quality standards
– Analyze process data such as yield, OEE, downtime, and scrap
– Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly process performance reports
– Use statistical tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, and FMEA for decision-making
– Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools
– Drive 5S implementation and sustain improvements on the shop floor
– Implement automation solutions or process modifications to improve efficiency
– Conduct operator training on new processes or process changes
– Coordinate with maintenance, production, R&D, and quality teams for process stabilization
– Guide supervisors and process operators in daily activities
– Assist in managing shift operations when needed
– Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and EHS policies
– Identify process-related risks and implement preventive measures

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
– Analytical skills with ability to interpret process data
– Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools
– Good communication, leadership, and team management skills
– Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
– 3–7 years of experience in process engineering or production process roles
