ROLE
– Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes
– Assist in conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings
– Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and compliance trackers
– Prepare and file e-forms on MCA and other regulatory portals
– Support compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, applicable Secretarial Standards, and FEMA regulations
– Provide assistance during audits, diligence, and compliance reviews
– Draft, review, and assist in negotiating agreements
– Support contract lifecycle management
– Maintain contract repositories and trackers
REQUIREMENTS
– 0–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
– Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
– Mentality to build and enhance the function
