ROLE
– Develop long-term and short-term production plans in line with sales demand and plant capacity.
– Act as a central link between Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales departments.
– Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for senior management.
– Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and labor laws.
