ROLE
– Actively engage with individuals in face-to-face settings to generate funds and hit monthly targets for WWF-India.
– Build and develop long-term relationships with donors, focused on retention and moving them up the “donor pyramid” through consistent engagement.
– Clearly explain WWF-India’s values and mission; inspire the public by educating them on current conservation projects and the impact of their contributions.
– Ensure that 100% accurate facts are presented to prospects, maintaining and uplifting the professional brand image of WWF-India at all times.
– Attend all mandatory training sessions to master WWF-India’s systems and field implementation strategies.
– Support Team Leaders and Managers in fostering a positive, high-energy team environment and proactively resolving workplace conflicts.
– Undertake any other tasks reasonably requested by the organization to support the overall mission.
