ROLE
– Working closely with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success
– Taking ownership of small projects and providing support to major ones
– Managing the organisational structure for each project
– Creating project-related reports, analyses, and reviews
– Maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients
– Identifying client needs, requirements, and constraints
– Managing professional consultants and vendors
– Carrying out contract administration
– Identifying project risks and implementing measures to mitigate them
– Focusing on health & safety and sustainability
– Solving problems, improving products or services, finding new markets, and implementing new strategies
REQUIREMENTS
– Degree in a property-related discipline
– At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management
– Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
– Driven to succeed and achieve challenging goals
– Structured and organised approach to work
– Ability to communicate and collaborate to achieve success
– Ability to thrive under pressure and deal with tight deadlines and high expectations
