ROLE
– Trouble shooting of machines for smooth operation activity
– Knowledge of various types of Vacuum pump, Oil Pump, Air Blower, Different types of Gear box
– Working knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics
– Basic knowledge of using various measuring instruments like Pressure Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Filler Gauge etc
– Basic knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical problem in machine
– Able to do mechanical setting change of Different machine related to Solar PV Module line like, Stringer, Framing, Auto bussing etc
– Fix issues that might occur during the shift
– Maintain activity logs and required check sheets
– Provide proper induction to the onboard new associate
– Give required training to the new associates regarding Tabber & Stringer operation
– Follow all safety related protocols on the shop floor and must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure a safe working environment
– Communicate and train production associates about AVAADA production requirements

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven hands-on experience of minimum 2 years in solar module manufacturing plant
– Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
– Understanding of maintenance procedures, 5s and material handling
– Knowledge of repairing of Mechanical Spare Parts in Tool Room
– 3 years Diploma in Mechanical
– Adherence to health and safety regulations
– Ability to read Hindi and English
– Analytical skills
– Willing to work in shift
– Should be Punctual & disciplined and can maintain floor decorum
– Attention to detail given by Superiors
– Teamwork and communication skills
– Eye vision level should be 6/6
