ROLE
– Maintain and monitor instrumentation for utility systems including: Boilers, chillers, compressors Cooling towers, HVAC RO plant, ETP, STP DG sets and electrical utilities
– Perform calibration of field instruments such as: Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters Control valves and actuators Gauges and switches
– Support troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, and control systems related to utilities
– Ensure accurate data logging and system performance monitoring
– Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
– Coordinate with vendors for instrument servicing and calibration
– Maintain instrument history, calibration records, and documentation
– Follow safety, GMP, and statutory compliance requirements
– Support commissioning and testing of new utility equipment and control loops
REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of: Control valves and I/P converters
– Knowledge of: PLC and SCADA basics
– Knowledge of: Utility control systems
– Familiarity with: HART communicator
– Understanding of utility operations and interlocks
– Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Instrumentation
– Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Electronics
– Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Electrical & Instrumentation
– Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Automation
– 0–5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance preferably in utilities, manufacturing, pharma, chemical, or power plants
