ROLE
– Assist in the creation of land mortgages in compliance with applicable state laws
– Coordinate with lenders, financial institutions, and legal counsels for seamless transaction execution
– Collaborate with internal land and project teams to collate and review land-related documents
– Facilitate vetting, execution, and finalization of mortgage and security documents
– Ensure proper documentation, registration, and maintenance of records for all mortgage transactions
– Liaise with external law firms for due diligence and documentation requirements
– Ensure compliance with state-specific land, registration, and legal regulations
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of land laws and mortgage processes
– Knowledge of Title Search Reports and legal due diligence
– Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
– Stakeholder coordination and communication skills
– Ability to manage timelines and multiple transactions
– 2–5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate, or mortgage transactions
