ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
– Communicate with Telugu-speaking farmers and Saathi partners to understand needs and provide support.
– Assist the Central Expansion Team in executing projects for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana markets.
– Collect feedback from the field and share actionable insights with central teams.
– Support sales, marketing, and operations teams in regional activities.
– Prepare simple reports, translate/interpret key communication, and ensure smooth knowledge flow between regions and HQ.
– Participate in training programs to build expertise in agri-business and expansion strategy.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Management, or related fields (freshers welcome).
– Fluent in Telugu (mandatory) and proficient in English/Hindi.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
