How do you vet the right candidate for our project?
Our process is designed to help you find the right sustainability expert. Our process consists of a specialized manual review, followed by a screening interview to ensure only experienced specialists with necessary soft skills qualify, this is then followed by screening them for their capabilities on delivering results and communication skills.
Eventually, upon receiving a new project- we screen our existing expert pool to find 3-5 closest matches in terms of industry experience, skills and capabilities before recommending them to you.
