ROLE
– Lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, materials, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal inventory and resource utilization.
– Drive S&OP / S&OE cadence aligning Procurement, Warehouse, and Installation.
– Convert forecasts, DPR/BOM, and project schedules into executable material and capacity plans.
– Freeze weekly/monthly dispatch and installation plans.
– Plan procurement and replenishment based on BOM, lead times, and safety stock.
– Eliminate SKU duplication and ensure BOM–SKU alignment in FEP.
– Control slow/non-moving and excess inventory.
– Plan fabrication schedules with vendors considering HDG timelines and capacity.
– Track customized vs. standard structure readiness against project need dates.
– Create warehouse-wise dispatch plans to meet installation targets.
– Optimize vehicle loads, routes, and TAT for inter-state movements.
– Monitor dispatch accuracy as per DPR/BOM.
– Work closely with Design for timely DPR/BOM release and revisions.
– Coordinate with Procurement for material availability and vendor schedules.
– Align with Warehouse for packing, QC, and dispatch readiness.
– Interface with Installation for site readiness and shortage prevention.
– Implement planning dashboards and MIS for visibility.
– Track KPIs: TAT, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Dispatch Accuracy, Project Cycle Time.
– Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
– Anticipate material shortages, vendor delays, and design changes.
– Prepare contingency plans and alternate sourcing.
– Lead planning team across locations.
– Train teams on BOM discipline, system usage, and planning hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations or Graduation
– 7 years in Planning, SCM, or Operations
– Strong S&OP and material planning expertise
– WMS proficiency
– Data analysis and MIS reporting
– Vendor and cross-functional coordination
– Problem solving and process orientation
– Leadership and stakeholder management
