ROLE
– Design and develop AI-powered bots, copilots, AI agents, and virtual assistants
– Build enterprise AI applications using OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
– Develop and deploy bots/apps on Microsoft Teams and Azure platforms
– Develop workflow automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL workflows
– Create conversational AI solutions with semantic search and AI-powered knowledge retrieval
– Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, Graph API, and webhooks
– Develop AI-enabled knowledge management and intelligent automation solutions
– Implement authentication, RBAC, SSO, and secure API integrations
– Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions
– Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs
