ROLE
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
– Drive primary & secondary sales through channel partners and direct EPC accounts
– Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with regional strategy
– Monitor order pipeline, conversion ratio, and payment realization
– Appoint and develop distributors, dealers, and system integrators
– Strengthen relationships with EPC contractors, rooftop installers, and institutional buyers
– Ensure channel profitability, stock planning, and liquidation
– Conduct regular partner reviews, joint visits, and sales training
– Manage mid-size EPCs, commercial & industrial clients, and large installers
– Identify opportunities in rooftop, ground-mount, open access, and government tenders
– Support customers with product selection, technical coordination, and documentation
– Track competitor pricing, product positioning, and channel schemes
– Generate new leads through field visits, industry meets, and solar associations
– Conduct product presentations, roadshows, and dealer meets
– Support marketing campaigns for brand visibility in the territory
– Maintain weekly sales forecast and demand planning
– Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and order status
– Track DSO, collections, and credit exposure in coordination with finance
– Submit monthly MIS on sales, pipeline, competition, and channel health
– Coordinate with plant, logistics, and supply chain for dispatch planning
– Work with technical support for product approvals and client queries
– Ensure documentation for tenders, approvals, and compliance

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy
– 3 – 6 years in solar modules / inverters / EPC / electrical products sales
– Strong exposure to channel sales & EPC business
– Proven track record of target achievement in B2B/B2C solar sales
– Strong territory management & channel development capability
– Good understanding of solar PV market, modules, and basic system design
– Commercial acumen – pricing, margins, and payment terms
– Negotiation & relationship management skills
– Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales MIS
– Willingness for extensive field travel
