ROLE
– Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement
– Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar industry and competitors
– Build long-term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions
– Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily to promote Loom Solar products
– Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new business opportunities
– Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners
– Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies
– Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders
– Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company’s sales application
– Respond to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships
– Ensure 30 days’ stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfillment
– Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products
– Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust
REQUIREMENTS
– Any Graduate
– 2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales
– Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors
– Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy
