ROLE
– Draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements for solar, wind, and hybrid projects
– Build, maintain, and update contract templates
– Provide general corporate legal support to the company
– Collaborate with project management, business development, and finance teams to resolve legal issues impacting operations and strategy
– Deliver legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders
– Support a wide range of legal matters, including M&A, project financing, and general contracts

REQUIREMENTS
– LL.B, admitted to practice and in good standing in India
– Hands-on experience negotiating EPC or O&M agreements, plus at least one of PPA/open access arrangements
– Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks for power markets and grid access
– Excellent drafting, clear written and spoken English, strong redlining discipline, and diligence with precedent management
– Experience in M&A and project finance in the renewable energy space
– Prior exposure to large-scale renewable energy projects
