ROLE
– Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
– Devise ways to streamline processes
– Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at offices, hubs, and logistics sites
– Manage facility management including housekeeping, security, utilities, pantry, and office upkeep
– Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, maintenance, transport, and support services
– Handle lease agreements, AMC contracts, vendor billing, and renewals
– Monitor and control administrative expenses
– Prepare MIS and reports
– Support employee onboarding/offboarding with ID cards, access, seating, and assets
– Ensure statutory and safety compliance
– Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics support for employees when required
– Maintain records, documentation, and audits related to admin activities
