ROLE
– Monitor and safeguard plant premises, materials, finished goods, and warehouses.
– Oversee CCTV operations, access control, and perimeter security systems.
– Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities.
– Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or unauthorized access.
– Maintain incident logs, prepare investigation reports, and recommend corrective measures.
– Supervise security guards, shift rosters, and deployment at strategic locations.
– Conduct training and awareness programs for security staff.
– Coordinate with third-party security agencies and ensure compliance with SOPs.
– Ensure adherence to plant safety and security policies, statutory regulations, and ISO/OSHAS requirements.
– Support internal/external audits related to security and safety functions.
– Monitor inbound and outbound movement of raw materials, finished goods, and contractor vehicles.
– Verify gate passes, challans, and material issue/return slips.
– Maintain liaison with local law enforcement, fire department, and emergency services.

REQUIREMENTS
– Proficiency in handling CCTV, access control, and emergency response systems.
– Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
– Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
– Knowledge of fire safety and first aid procedures.
– Graduate in any discipline / Ex-Serviceman preferred.
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing / Renewable Energy Plant.
– Certification in Industrial Security / Fire & Safety will be an added advantage.
