ROLE
– Plan, monitor, and control daily cell manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and output targets
– Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
– Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive continuous process improvements
– Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
– Work closely with QA/QC teams to reduce defects, scrap, and rework
– Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
– Supervise, train, and motivate operators and line staff
– Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
– Build capability of the team for handling advanced manufacturing technologies
– Support new technology introduction and process upgrades in cell manufacturing
– Collaborate with R&D/Engineering for process optimization and scaling
– Conduct regular audits and safety trainings for the team
– Maintain compliance with ISO, statutory, and regulatory requirements
– Maintain MIS reports on production performance, downtime, and yields
– Present regular updates to management on KPIs and improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
– Hands-on experience with automation, advanced tools, and manufacturing equipment
– Problem-solving and analytical skills with exposure to Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
– Leadership, team management, and people development skills
– Good communication and cross-functional collaboration ability
– B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related discipline
– Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
