ROLE
– Drive sales of AC and DC charging solutions across enterprise, government, and retail segments.
– Build strong relationships with OEMs, CPOs, utilities, and real estate partners.
– Identify new business opportunities in fleet electrification, employee commute, logistics, and public charging.
– Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution design, proposals, commercial negotiation, and closure.
– Collaborate with product and integration teams to deliver customized charging solutions.
– Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes impacting charging infrastructure in India.
– Prepare forecasts, MIS reports, and business cases for management review.

REQUIREMENTS
– 6-8 years of sales / BD experience, with at least 3–5 years in EV charging, power, or mobility solutions.
– Strong technical understanding of AC and DC charging systems, interoperability, and standards.
– Proven ability to close large B2B deals and work with cross-functional teams.
– Strong network with fleet operators, OEMs, real estate developers, and government bodies.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
