Assistant Manager – Business Development & Marketing

ROLE
– Write simple and easy-to-understand content such as blogs, articles, and website copy
– Write case studies and customer success stories
– Write product/service descriptions
– Research basic topics related to power distribution, smart metering, renewable energy, and energy efficiency
– Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and structure
– Help create LinkedIn posts related to company updates, industry news, project highlights, and event announcements
– Assist in preparing monthly content calendars
– Coordinate with the design team for creatives
– Schedule posts and track basic engagement metrics
– Assist the team in preparing company profiles, basic proposal sections, and formatting of RFP/RFQ responses
– Maintain content libraries such as case studies, and templates

REQUIREMENTS
– Good written and spoken English
– Ability to simplify technical information
– Basic understanding or interest in Energy/Utilities, Smart meters, Renewable energy
– Good research skills
– Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel
– Any bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Engineering, or related fields
