ROLE
– Responsible for maintaining the complete documentation required for management of Fire Safety regime at the site of deputation.
– Handle site emergency situations effectively & efficiently.
– Communicate & coordinate with Head Fire Safety regarding events, incidents, concerns of Fire Team members, recommendations, major escalations etc.
– Develop and maintain working relationship with Fire department.
– Attend meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments.
– Supervise Fire Staff, assign /monitor work assignments and provide training in life safety, first aid.
– Ensure to organize and conduct Drill and meeting as per yearly calendar planner.
– Conduct / supervise periodic training on weekly / monthly basis.
– Ensure Inspection and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers as per fire safety operations manual.
– Ensure the Fire System is in healthy condition always as per the Fire Safety Management plan.
– Ensure proper gate pass procedure is followed when any fire equipment’s is taken out of the premises for refilling/rectification/HPT.
– Share incident FIR & investigation report on time with respective stakeholder.
– Ensure timely submission of MIS and security related report to respective stakeholder.
– Ensure vendor invoice is processed timely and process tracking till the payment to vendor.
– Ensure to monitor vendor performance based on SLA & scope of work.
– Ensure timely response on mail, occupant concern resolution and minute of meeting circulation.
– Prepare Opex and Capex budget for Property EHS Operations, OHS&W Responsibility.
– Identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.
– Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OHS&W related meetings.
– Report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC, SO procedures.
– Attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.
– Ensure that all OHS&W related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.
– Lead site team to run the Fire & Safety Operations smoothly, Staff’s discipline and well being.
