ROLE
– Plan, design, and implement LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
– Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of network systems.
– Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
– Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and uptime.
– Plan cable routes, rack layouts, and patch panel configurations.
– Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and cable management standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve physical layer and connectivity issues.
– Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and vendors for timely execution.
– Validate site readiness, perform UAT, and ensure smooth handover.
– Manage AV components such as displays, cameras, microphones, codecs, and control systems.
– Ensure optimal audio/video quality and user experience.
– Troubleshoot VC and AV-related issues.
– Manage multiple vendors for cabling, networking, and AV deployments.
– Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls are met.
– Review BOQs, technical proposals, and implementation plans.
– Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, cabling layouts, and test reports.
– Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal IT policies.
– Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
– Hands-on experience with structured cabling and fiber optics.
– Expertise in optical loss testing, OTDR analysis, and fiber troubleshooting.
– Experience in executing greenfield IT infrastructure projects.
– Good knowledge of video conferencing and AV technologies.
– Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
– Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
– Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
– CCNA / CCNP certification.
