ROLE
– End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for employees across locations, grades, and business units
– Ensure accurate calculation of: Earnings, deductions, incentives, overtime, Arrears, variable pay, recoveries
– Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, LOP, reimbursements, and exits
– Implement strong checks and controls to ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality
– Prepare and publish payroll MIS, including: Payroll cost reports, Headcount & CTC analysis, Statutory compliance dashboards
– Address employee queries related to: Salary structure, Payslips, Tax deductions, PF / ESI / statutory matters
– Drive payroll process automation and continuous improvement
– Ensure data accuracy and system hygiene
– Support implementation and readiness for: Code on Wages, Social Security Code
REQUIREMENTS
– 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll operations
– Experience handling large employee base / multi-location payroll preferred
