Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
ROLE
– Lead full-cycle hiring for mid-level roles across diverse functions.
– Analyze opportunity documents and organizational structures to design targeted hiring strategies.
– Ensure timely, high-quality closures that align with evolving business needs.
– Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and timelines.
– Build robust talent pipelines through a multi-channel approach: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
– Engage passive candidates using personalized, high-conversion outreach strategies.
– Facilitate structured interviews and capability benchmarking to ensure quality hires.
– Manage offer negotiations and closures with a focus on speed and candidate experience.
– Track candidate journeys and maintain a seamless, engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain hiring dashboards and weekly metrics, including TATs, funnel conversions, sourcing mix, and offer-drop trends.
– Co-create compelling candidate-facing content—job descriptions, emailers, and pitch notes—that reflect AgroStar’s employer value proposition.
– Represent AgroStar as a culture-first brand in every candidate interaction.
REQUIREMENTS
– MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR projects, preferably in high-growth or sales-driven environments
– Proven sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and IIMJobs
– Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
