ROLE
– Drive solution delivery initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
– Oversee IT operations excellence, ensuring high performance, stability, and continuous service improvement.
– Provide governance for solution planning, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
– Lead delivery and maintenance of AMI Head End Systems, ensuring reliability and integration with downstream systems.
– Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution deployment.
– Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.
– Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields
– 15+ years of experience in Solution Delivery / IT Operations
– Hands‑on experience with NMS, AMI HES, and large‑scale IT systems
– Proven ability to lead cross‑functional delivery teams
