ROLE
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery for Saathi partners
– Resolve partner queries, supporting with product knowledge, ensuring collections, and relaying market feedback
– Drive repeat purchases, build long‑term relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets through structured beat planning and regular field visits
– Coordinate with Marketing, LMD, FC, and Category teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery for Saathi partners
– Act as the primary point of contact for Saathi partners for all operational queries, complaints, and post-sale service needs
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders
– Relay ground-level market feedback, partner requirements, and competitor insights to relevant internal teams for informed decision-making
– Support Saathi partners with product knowledge, scheme communication, and availability updates to enable informed purchase decisions
– Ensure timely collections and flag credit risks proactively to the relevant stakeholders
– Achieve monthly sales targets from the assigned Saathi partner network through structured beat planning and regular field visits

REQUIREMENTS
– Graduation in B.Sc. Agriculture or related field
– Ability to speak Haryanvi
– Clear decision‑making with a data‑driven approach
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong knowledge of local district areas
