ROLE
– Review and validate data from scanned documents to ensure consistency and correctness, supporting field operations and finance-related tasks as needed.
– Manage, organize, and analyze data efficiently using MS Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
– Collaborate with the field operations team to gather data, maintain detailed records, and ensure quality standards are met.
– Conduct occasional field visits to verify data and engage with farmers.
– Assist the call center team in data collection and addressing queries.
– Handle additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to contribute beyond defined roles.
REQUIREMENTS
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools
– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Ability to analyze and manage data with a focus on accuracy and quality
– Comfortable conducting occasional field visits and engaging with farmers
