ROLE
– Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
– Hands on experience with windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
– Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
– Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs
– Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
– Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
– Customer oriented attitude.
– Should have any certifications in Hardware and Networking.
– Connecting users to Active directory server, system configuration for particular user.
– NVR/DVR and CCTV configuration.
– Printer configuration.
– Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Laptop/Desktop.
– Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure with a focus on networking technologies.
– Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT services management tools
– Basics of Static and dynamic routing.
– Physical install and connect firewalls and other security appliances.
– Monitor firewall for up/down or issues, document, root cause analysis, reporting.
– Configure remote access VPN
– Basic understanding on access rule and NAT rule
– URL filtering and web filtering.
– Configure firewall interface
– Design, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual systems.
– Install and integrate AV equipment, including projectors, display, video walls, speakers, microphones and control systems.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
