ROLE
– Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of programs under Climate Challenges and ElectronVibe.
– Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
– Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
– Liaise with startups, corporate partners, funding organizations, and other ecosystem players.
– Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure program success and impact.
– Work closely with startups participating in the programs to understand their needs, provide support, and connect them with relevant opportunities.
– Manage and guide junior team members or program associates involved in program delivery.
– Facilitate collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
– Prepare reports on program performance, insights, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
– Analyse program data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
– 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in clean energy or industry decarbonisation sectors.
– Exposure to startups, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems is a significant advantage.
– Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders.
– Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
– Experience managing teams or leading initiatives.
– Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
– Passion for climate action, clean energy, and decarbonisation is a plus
– Understanding of startup dynamics, including funding, business models, and technology development is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
– Demonstrated ability to lead audits and manage statutory requirements.
