ROLE
– Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring timely processing of all activities
– Manage inward and outward movement of goods with accuracy and speed
– Monitor and maintain inventory records, stock levels, and periodic reconciliation
– Handle worker management, including task allocation, shift planning, and performance tracking
– Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at the fulfilment center
– Maintain operational reports using Excel and update daily trackers and logs
– Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for efficient supply chain flow

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment center operations
– Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, stock updates, and basic reporting
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
– Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities
