ROLE
– Ensure systems are compliant with NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards.
– Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls to protect critical infrastructure.
– Perform backup, disaster recovery planning, and ensure system resilience.
– Troubleshoot system outages, connectivity issues, and hardware failures in real-time energy environments.
– Collaborate with field engineers, control systems teams, and third-party vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
– Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
– Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for infrastructure support as required.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles, preferably within energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
– Strong experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
