ROLE
– Manage day-to-day B2C transport operations within Gujarat, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
– Coordinate with third-party transport vendors for vehicle placement, route planning, and delivery execution.
– Monitor vehicle movement, transit times, and resolve in-transit issues.
– Track shipments and maintain MIS for daily logistics activities.
– Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays or transport issues.
– Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards in logistics.
– Work closely with the warehouse and order fulfillment teams for efficient dispatches.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport operations, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce setup.
– Strong understanding of local transport routes across Gujarat.
– Good with Hindi communication.
– Proficient in MS Excel and basic logistics software/tools.
– Coordination and vendor management skills.
– Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
