ROLE
– Drive end-to-end business development for the Real Estate vertical, from project hunting to relationship building to account management and closures
– Hunt and close opportunities with residential and commercial projects, ideally before handover and OC
– Own revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
– Build a scalable pipeline by mapping key accounts and real estate clusters
– Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers on a regional and project level
– Pitch Bolt.Earth’s EV charging solutions, pricing models, and value proposition to decision-makers
– Convert leads into POs through structured BD cycles
– Coordinate with Ops and Installation teams to deliver successful site implementation
REQUIREMENTS
– 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Real Estate industry selling electrical or infrastructure solutions
– Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
– Ownership & hustler mindset
– Having a good local connect and relationship to leverage
– Experience in using CRM tools and data management tools
