ROLE
– Drive end-to-end business development for the Real Estate vertical, from project hunting to relationship building to account management and closures.
– Hunt and close opportunities with residential and commercial projects, ideally before handover and OC.
– Own revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed them.
– Build a scalable pipeline by mapping key accounts and real estate clusters.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers on a regional and project level.
– Pitch Bolt.Earth’s EV charging solutions, pricing models, and value proposition to decision-makers.
– Convert leads into POs through structured BD cycles.
– Coordinate with Ops and Installation teams to deliver successful site implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Real Estate industry selling electrical or infrastructure solutions.
– Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
– Ownership & hustler mindset.
– Having a good local connect and relationship to leverage.
– Experience in using CRM tools and data management tools.
