ROLE
– Manage and maintain operational data, trackers, and MIS with high accuracy
– Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
– Handle client escalations and ensure timely, structured resolutions
– Coordinate with technical, field, and support teams to meet SLAs
– Support troubleshooting and monitoring of EV chargers and electronic systems
– Track charger performance, uptime, and fault closures
– Maintain SOPs, documentation, and escalation matrices

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong knowledge of data management
– Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
– Proven ability to handle client escalations
– Working knowledge of electronics and charger systems
– Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
