ROLE
– Define product requirements in collaboration with the business team and customers.
– Convert the product requirements to SW or HW goals and timelines
– Efficiently onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sample testing to the production process.
– Work on product and process documentation, such as user manuals, technical specifications, flowcharts, etc.
– Monitor and oversee the development of samples, ensuring timely dispatches to customers.
– Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback on testing conducted at their end.
– Actively plan and drive teams to deliver against said plans and timelines
– Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items
– Facilitate the handover of all necessary documents to the production team for seamless implementation
– Actively monitor and proactively resolve sample-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Run stand-ups, reviews, and status updates; publish clear weekly reports.
– Coordinate with engineering ops, and business to unblock work and align priorities.
– Track scope, manage change requests, and control budgets with timely escalations.
