ROLE
– Contribute to the development and implementation of automated solutions for Quality Assurance within Client Tax Reporting and Regulatory Reporting
– Design and implement automated testing processes, controls, and monitoring to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory and tax reports
– Participate in identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of tax and regulatory reporting through automation
– Support the development and monitoring of robust data quality metrics and controls to ensure the integrity of data used for tax reporting
– Contribute to the Quality Assurance framework for all Client Tax Reporting and Regulatory Reporting activities
– Design and automate tools for comprehensive data reconciliation and validation to ensure the integrity of Tax reporting
– Contribute to the implementation of complex new or revised Tax requirements, providing technical insights for automation solutions
– Support responses to queries from Tax Authorities and internal control assessments
– Identify potential discrepancies or issues in Tax reporting and escalate them appropriately
– Support the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the risk and control framework for Tax reporting processes
– Stay abreast of evolving global regulatory and tax requirements
– Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and technology teams to address QA issues, develop remediation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
– Support risk, self-assessments to identify gaps in existing QA processes
– Develop and contribute to comprehensive reports on the status of QA programs, key findings, and recommendations for improvement

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
– Working experience in implementing automation tools in Client Tax Reporting and/or Regulatory Reporting
– Solid understanding of key Tax and/or regulatory reporting frameworks and requirements
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets, identify trends, and address issues
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple competing priorities
