REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
– 1–2 years of experience in battery testing and BMS testing
– Hands-on experience with PCAN tools, CAN/RS485 communication protocols
– Proficiency in using multimeters, DSOs, resistance measurement tools, and other lab equipment
– Understanding of MOSFETs, diodes, and circuit-level testing
– Good documentation, analytical, and communication skills
