ROLE
– Develop contacts with State Disaster Management Authorities and Dam Safety Organizations
– Identify potential projects in hydro and flood control applications
– Support coordination of demos and field visits in remote regions
– Track tenders and registrations for PSU and state departments
– Visit government offices, public sector departments, and partners to identify opportunities
– Schedule meetings
– Follow up on leads
– Support RSMs in closures
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
– Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus
– Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting
– 3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred
– Graduate in Engineering, Science, or any related technical field
– Non-tech candidates with strong field sales aptitude will also be considered
