ROLE
– Source IT assets such as laptops, desktops, servers, and other electronic equipment from corporates, MSMEs, and IT firms
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality standards
– Negotiate pricing, procurement volumes, and delivery timelines with clients and vendors
– Coordinate with internal teams for quality checks, logistics, verification, and procurement documentation
– Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
– Develop procurement and business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
– Build a strong business pipeline through networking, outreach, and client engagement activities
– Ensure customer retention by addressing client concerns and handling escalations effectively
– Identify new demand segments and potential distribution channels
– Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless procurement and execution
– Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and procurement documentation
– Lead, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong experience in IT asset procurement and business development
– Expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling
– Analytical mindset with forecasting and market analysis capabilities
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Target-driven approach with strong accountability and ownership
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
– Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
