ROLE
– Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
– Customize and configure CRM workflows, fields, and automation; develop scripts or code for deeper customizations when required.
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
– Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure consistent adoption across departments.
– Create, analyze, and present reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
– MBA from a recognized institution.
– Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
– Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
