ROLE
– Drive revenue and growth in your region by creating strategies, acquiring customers, and conducting market research
– Achieve sales targets through effective team management, recruiting, coaching, and monitoring performance
– Manage and operate state-level revenue numbers for your assigned region
– Create business strategies to drive revenue numbers and onboard new customers
– Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness
– Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
REQUIREMENTS
– 7+ Years of experience managing sales across designated region
– Preferred undergraduate or master’s degree in Agriculture
– Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
– Passionate about sales and driving revenue
– Excellent communication skills
