ROLE
– Safeguard company assets, including buildings, towers, equipment, and operational sites
– Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive security measures to mitigate threats
– Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and periodic security audits across all critical installations
– Establish and maintain a robust vigilance and monitoring framework within the cluster
– Ensure round-the-clock surveillance through CCTV, patrol systems, and intelligence networks
– Investigate and report all security breaches or incidents, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
– Develop and implement a training calendar for all security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, and compliance
– Build and sustain effective relationships with police, district administration, and other government agencies
– Oversee and evaluate third-party security service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and performance standards
– Validate and process monthly vendor bills, ensuring accuracy in attendance records, deployment sheets, and invoice claims
– Maintain comprehensive documentation including incident logs, training records, vendor contracts, and deployment reports

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong leadership and crisis management capabilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– In-depth understanding of security systems, risk management, and industrial safety protocols
– Knowledge of local laws, government functioning, and land/ROW issues
– Proficient in vendor and contract management
– High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
– 8–10 years of experience in industrial or corporate security, with exposure to large-scale or multi-site operations
– Proven experience in liaising with government authorities and managing land or community-related issues
– Ex-servicemen from Armed Forces or Police background preferred
