Customer Relations Executive

ROLE
– Conduct daily calls with retailers, distributors, Sales Officers, and ASMs to gather real-time market feedback on stock availability, retailer sentiment, competitor activity, pricing/schemes, and in-store visibility.
– Maintain a structured tracker and share weekly insights.
– Coordinate with Sales Officers and ASMs to track execution of sales initiatives and assist in resolving operational issues related to retailer onboarding, distributor coordination, schemes, and billing/claims.
– Build relationships with retailers across key markets, address product or display-related queries, collect feedback, and identify high-potential outlets for field team follow-up.
– Maintain dashboards on market feedback, field execution, asset deployment, and key issues, and share regular market intelligence reports with the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS
– 1–3 years experience in FMCG sales coordination / customer relations / GT operations
– Comfortable working with large datasets, trackers, and reporting
– Ability to extract insights from unstructured conversations
– High ownership and attention to detail
