ROLE
– Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale energy and utility projects
– Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, finance, safety, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external contractors

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
– 15+ years of experience in the energy, power utilities, or infrastructure sector
– Proven track record managing large-scale projects such as transmission & distribution networks, solar/wind power plants, substation construction, smart grid/AMI projects, utility modernization or electrical infrastructure
– Deep understanding of utility operations, electrical systems, and energy regulations
– Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities
– Strong financial acumen and contract management experience
– Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / ERP tools
