ROLE
– Analyze, optimize, and upgrade manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality, with a focus on solar module manufacturing.
– Use cross-functional collaboration to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues within defined timelines.
– Lead and participate in interdepartmental projects designed to detect and eliminate process anomalies, and drive root cause analysis.
– Document all process changes, improvements, and validations, ensuring strict adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory/compliance requirements.
– Participate actively in internal/external audits and company development initiatives, contributing process expertise and follow-up actions.
– Support training and capability development for plant teams on new or improved processes.
