ROLE
– Manage employee services including transportation, canteen, and welfare facilities.
– Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure seamless functioning across all 4 shifts.
– Coordinate with department heads to address and resolve administrative issues.
– Manage housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
– Supervise facility repairs and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
– Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
– Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
– Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
– Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and central regulations related to facility operations.

REQUIREMENTS
– 10 to 20 Years of Work Experience
– Bachelor degree in any stream
– Proficiency in MS office
– Proficiency in SAP
– Strong knowledge of facility management
– Strong knowledge of vendor management
– Strong knowledge of compliance requirements
