ROLE
– Perform production operations as per the Avaada Quality Policy, Production Plan, and Procedures.
– Ensure all production stages meet quality requirements.
– Provide training related to production process and standards.
– Provide weekly and monthly technical training to all ESS & associates.
– Plan and deploy production equipment/manpower as per requirements in shifts.
– Conduct shift meetings.
– Review all check sheets and criteria updated in the Plant Management System.
– Conduct daily production performance review, improvement, and weekly reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
– 5-10 years of work experience.
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering.
– Knowledge of production equipment and tools, their use, and interpretation.
– Knowledge of raw material and their use in production processes.
– Knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes.
– Knowledge of measuring instruments and testing equipment used in solar module manufacturing.
– Knowledge of SAP.
– Knowledge of ISO documentations.
