ROLE
– Identify and analyze technical training needs across business units
– Develop a structured curriculum aligning with Praj technologies, processes, and industry trends
– Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning frameworks
– Plan and execute technical training interventions with assessments & certifications
– Leverage E-learning platforms, workshops, and simulations for hands-on learning
– Monitor training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement
– Build a network of internal & external subject matter experts for knowledge-sharing
– Support faculty in content development and delivery methodologies
– Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation
– Provide technical learning guidance across business units
– Keep teams updated on emerging technologies and best practices
– Promote a knowledge-sharing environment that enhances expertise and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in technical operations, process optimization, and training methodologies
– Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and innovation trends
– Project Management

– Experience: Minimum 10 years in engineering roles with hands-on exposure to technical operations & training
– PMP Certifications
– MBA with BE/BTech
– 8-12 Years of experience
