ROLE
– Detail engineering for field instruments, Control system & erection materials.
– Preparation of Instrument Design basis, Verification of Basic engineering documents, reviewing P&IDs, Preparation of Instrument specification sheets, I/O list, Control system design, Preparation of Instrument Database, Selection of Suitable Instruments, reviewing vendor technical drawings and documents, preparation of cable schedule, MTO preparation, Control logic.
– Preparation of Instrument Hook-up diagram, reviewing Panel wiring diagram & cable routing.
– Project co-ordination & execution, Technical discussion with cross function discipline within organization, with vendors & clients.
– Involvement in software & hardware FAT of control system.
– DCS & PLC Control System.
– Support Procurement team and expedite delivery of Material Execution.
– Capable to handle the project independently.
– Hands on experience in SAP & Data management system.
– Study of Proposal requirements, TQ closeouts with Client
– Review the contract for specific requirements, Inter-discipline documents, Hazop requirement, statutory requirement, battery limits, list of deliverable’s and approvals requirement and ensure compliance to all.

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E. in Instrumentation
– 3 to 10 years of experience
– Technical:
– Detail Engineering of Field Instruments.
– Pressure instruments : PT, PG & PS.
– Flow Instruments : Different type flow Transmitters, Flow switch.
– Temp Instruments.
